This TYNT HYDRATING TINTED EYE CREAM is a sheer, color-correcting eye cream that doubles as both an Eye Cream and a Concealer in one. This unique buildable sheer formulation will even out your skintone while hydrating the skin at the same time. How To Use:

Using the built in applicator, apply a small amount under the eye area and tap onto your skin. Blend it out by using your fingertips, a desired beauty sponge, or a soft bristled brush.

• Twist off cap and dip the Brow Gel wand into the well a few times. Gently apply to brows using upward smooth strokes until you have reach desired shape filling in areas that may appear sparse. Use a clean spooly to groom.
